History: Eyludr is now an Artificial Causality weapon built by Kokonoe when Noel became officially affiliated to Sector Seven.
Abilities: Noel hasn't lost the powers of the "Eye of the Azure", yet she doesn't know yet she has them, neither how to use them. (I think about her learning she still has those some time, and its use with, say, Ragna, who taps into the Azure at about each difficult fight, or Jubei, well, during the RP)
