Entering Kagutsuchi

Shinju and her 200-man-squad entered Kagutsuchi, promptly leaving the plane to the NOL Air Force people there. After some brief conversation with her colleagues, Shinju reassembled her squad and gave her orders:
"Listen up. Ragna the Bloodedge has been spotted in this city. We will disperse in 10-men groups to find him. Noone is allowed to engage him unless I say so. Understood?" Shinju made the groups herself, accompanying herself only with men she already had under her orders before Relius sent the others, and chose each group's patrol zone, where they would look for Ragna the Bloodedge. Wasting no time, she immediately headed to the NOL Headquarters, that she knew it had been attacked by the Reaper.

As Zeta was lookling for Mu, she decided to teleport herself much farther than expected. Where she had crossed paths with Mu for the last time, the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. She really hoped to make it to her blonde sister before having to return to Yabiko and meet back with Nu.
In her sadness of being alone, she carried the memory of her sister in her mind to avoid breaking down. Apparently, there weren't much people around, and thus Zeta found nothing there.
"Zeta will rest here...", she said. Stating her action was a way to convince herself to do so. And that she did. For the first time, Zeta was doing something that was completely useless. But damn if she didn't enjoy that rest willingly taken out of nowhere.

After a while of resting, Zeta felt like she was wasting time, and it diminished the chances of her finding her sister Mu. So she immediately jumped up to her feet and walked. She fond somehow strange the fact that people didn't notice her, her the clothes Nu bought her helped her to blend in crowds. She just didn't know that.

Arriving in a cargo ship, a girl in white silently stepped, holding a frail guy she beat up what it seemed seconds ago, and looking ultimately bored. Chasing this kind of guy starts to get old... At least we'll get paid for this. Some people were going out of the ship behind her, but she was waiting for someone particular:

"Kooooouuuuuma... What are you waiting for?" Apparently, being big and strong as her companion didn't help when it came to leaving crowded ships...

"Sorry, but there's kind of a problem."
The problem for Kouma, of course, was the crowd not letting him move as he wished. He sighed as he decided to force his way to Touko. "Those guys didn't make it easy... So, where is the local branch already?" Bored of having done absolutely nothing against Touko's last victim, he was actually more hasty about fighting criminals worth the effort. Beating the living hell out of such victims as the unconscious worthless carcass in Touko's arm didn't interest him at all.
"Touko, we could pick higher bounties next time. At least we are sure those ones will make us more than nameless vigilantes."
His suggestion was said.

"I guess the local NOL branch is at the top of the city, just like in every other city..."

Touko sighed. Kouma was right. She didn't think vigilantes had an easy life, and the bonties they picked were just too weak to go against the both of them.

"As you wish Kouma. We'll chose high bounties next time... but this kind of bounties have the better chance of being okay to arrest... higher bounties are sometimes just too strong, and there is some conspiracy targets that did not do anything wrong to my sense of justice..."

Being uneasy about having to pick higher bounties more by compassion than by worry about herself, she still grabbed her companion's arm and led him out of the Port, not wanting to lose any more time.

"Sure, I mean, we can know what crimes the high bounties committed anyway. We just have to watch the bounty reports well enough. And it will bring more money in your family's treasure... Well, by speaking, we'll get nothing.", he finally said as she was trying to drag him out to the NOL Headquarters, where he was going anyway. There was absolutely no need to drag him off like that, but he didn't shout at her, preferring marching along.
