Appearance: Noel is relatively small, weighing 106 pounds for her 5 feet 2 inches. She wears a NOL uniform even if she has defected. Her beret hides her blonde hair which would otherwise reach down her back. Her uniform leaves her shoulders and a part of her back bare, and its skirt is very short, revealing all of her black thigh-high socks.

Personality: Noel is what she looks like: a very kind childish girl. She's very polite, to the point she's apologetic to a fault: she often feels sorry, even if there's almost no reason to be. She has developed an inferiority complex on most girls because her breast size is very small. Now she doesn't have Bolverk, so she has to be treated kindly because her mind is fragile, else her emotions could either drive her insane, or switch her mind with Mu's emotionless robotic one.
Weaponry: Even if her Nox Nyctores (Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk) exists no more, she has somehow managed to get a Ars Armagus metamorphic energy gun called Eyludr.
Abilities:
-Now knowing she has been "built" as a Murakumo Unit, she is able to use standard abilities all Murakumos have, which are:
--Hovering at any height, but only at walking speed.
--Regenerating herself slowly. A small cut will cicatrize in a few seconds, but deeper ones would take her a full day.
-Having the best Ars Magus applitude ever recorded at the NOL Academy, she's able to use the full potential of Eyludr as well as she used Bolverk's. Her attacks haven't changed because Eyludr has about the same properties at Bolverk.
--- Distortion Drive: ZeroGun - Fenrir: Noel turns Eyludr into a machinegun and sprays the opponent with fire before charging her final shot, called the Nemesis Stabilizer.
--- Distortion Drive: ZeroGun - Thor: Noel delivers at her opponent a flurry of shots while in mid-air, followed by a rocket-propelled grenade.
--- Astral Heat: Valkyrie Veil: Noel locks her opponent with a first shot, then repeatedly firing at him in some acrobatic way. When she jumps back to her initial place, she makes her guns collide, and the opponent explodes.
History: Noel was born on December 25, 2194, as the "dimensional boundary contact medium No. 12". She was rescued at the burning fields of Ikaruga and adopted by Edgar and Claire Vermillion . The Vermillion family was once a noble one, but the head of the family, Edgar Vermillion originally hadn't an heir before he adopted Noel and after heavily criticizing the NOL, the Vermillions lost their aristocratic rights and their family was sentenced to relegation from the NOL. During her life in the Vermillion household, Noel obtained her Nox Nyctores Bolverk, after she was attacked by a monster in a forest. A few years after her adoption, she found out about the upcoming banishment of the Vermillion household from the NOL and afraid of the Vermillions' future, she decided to take the entrance exam for the Military Academy in Torifune.
Even though her physical and academical level wasn't very high, her synchronization rates with the armagus were the highest recorded ever, allowing her to pass the exam and enter the Academy, where she became friends with Tsubaki Yayoi, Makoto Nanaya, and Carl Clover. But she didn't made a friend of Jin Kisaragi because he hated her because of her resemblance with Saya. Six months before her graduation and shortly after Jin's promotion to a major and commander of the 4th division, Noel was given an offer to immediately join the army as a lieutenant in the 4th division of the Praetorian Guard. She officially becomes Jin's secretary to make her family earn back its rights, but he still treated her just as poorly as before, if not worse. When Jin left his post to chase after Ragna, Noel was assigned a mission to bring him back to his post, with interdiction to engage Ragna, if she encountered him.
The events have her finding Jin unconscious after his battle with Ragna, and she decided to chase after him despite Hazama's warnings. After standing at the Sheol Gates facing Nu-13, Noel sees memories of her and of an unknown person's past and gets confused. She loses all control over her body which acts like a machine, just like Nu. She then fights Nu, but cannot defeat her. Right before her death blow, Ragna intervenes and saves her, but is defeated too. Noel then saves Ragna from being taken by Nu, who wanted to fuse and jump into the Cauldron with him. After the incident, she and Jin are targeted for assassination by the NOL.
After the incident at the NOL branch Noel travels with Ragna for a bit, though that didn't last long, as soon he had enough of her. She runs into Makoto shortly after and tells her everything that happened. Makoto relays that she's suspicious of Hazama, saying she doesn't know what he's thinking. They part ways and Noel sees a severely wounded Carl who she tries to help but is interrupted by Bang who, once again, jumps to the wrong conclusion with it. After calming him down, Noel asks Bang to look after Carl as she has more important things to attend to. Noel meets up with Tager and manages to defend herself, fleeing in the process from him. However, she then runs into Relius Clover who attempts to capture her, though Rachel intervenes before Relius can order Ignis to attack. She's cared for by Jubei momentarily who manages to console her frantic mind. Noel, her head finally clear, goes to the NOL and runs into Tsubaki, who was ordered to kill her. After the fight the two friends decide to leave each other be for the moment, neither having the heart to fight each other let alone kill one another. She decides to confront Hazama who tells Noel her true origins and what she is, calling her a puppet and inhuman to which her emotions run wild, causing the destruction of Bolverk and let Hazama smelt her in the cauldron. She descends as Mu-12, full of hatred for the whole world and is ordered by Hazama to destroy the Master Unit Amaterasu. She fights both Hakumen and Jin easily before Ragna arrives and breaks her free of her current mindset by waking her consciousness, though in the process Ragna's left arm is destroyed. In the wake of the battle Noel, at last, learns that Jin and Ragna are brothers and that their sister is the Imperator of the NOL. She leaves Kagutsuchi with Tager and Makoto. Now having defected from the NOL, and ensured by Jubei that her parents are somewhere safe, Noel's now existing solely as a Vermillion and will fight the NOL, as it is her parents' wish.

Alright, turns out i was a dumbass, the BB wiki says that your movelist is correct. The discription is still weak, but you are an excellent Noel player as judged by your performance on the chatbox, we need one, nobody else wants to apply for her, i can´t find any grave flaws on your sheet.

I think that Noel is a little older than 5 - her childhood is shown in some flashbacks, and she looks much, much younger than current Noel in those.
