Appearance: Tsubaki has long red hair with two gathers in the front held by seemingly metal bands. Her eyes are blue and seem somewhat glazed over. She usually wears a cream military uniform with a cape and long black gloves with her baggy pants tucking into her knee-high black boots. She’s very pretty and a bit busty. The hat that goes with her uniform has wings sprouting from it. Around her slender waist is a broad black belt with gold trim.

Loyalty: Novus Orbis Librarium

Personality: She tends to be rather no-nonsense, and has undying loyalty to her friends and to the Librarium. She’s very proud of her family name, but isn’t stuck up. She loves reading, particularly historical fiction. She loves to sing, also. Learning is something she values highly. She has a bit of a crush on Noel, as well.

Weaponry: An Armagus called Izayoi, which takes the form of a transforming blade and a floating book, which serves as a buckler shield and can also change shapes. Eventually Izayoi will cause her to go blind, but she doesn't show any indication of giving up using it.

Abilities: Her fighting style tends to be defensive and somewhat acrobatic. It’s very elegant. When she uses her more powerful attacks, glowing wings or feathers tend to form around her. Her book and sword can take on various forms and she can charge her attacks.

History: She grew up in the prestigious Yayoi family, learning to be a rather proper young lady. She always did well in school. She and Jin Kisaragi have been friends since childhood and they’ve stayed close throughout the years.

She’s always had a good relationship with her family, particularly her father. She’s very close with him and he instilled in her a love of historical dramas.

When she joined the academy, she became friends with a girl named Noel Vermillion, and a Chipmunk hybrid named Makoto. The three became close and spent a lot of time together. Noel was Tsubaki’s roommate during their time at the academy. Tsubaki and Noel graduated a year before Makoto, however, and since they’ve grown a bit distant.

After she graduated, she was made an elite operative of the Librarium. She started out with more police-like duties, stopping bank robberies, and stopping large scale criminals. She fought in the Ikaruga civil war and was then assigned to various assassinations, taking out rebel leaders and various other figures who posed a threat to the Librarium.

Tsubaki was recently ordered to find and arrest Jin and Noel...it seems the true test of her loyalties is to come soon...
