Lost Town, Kaka Village

The areas where the sun had shown in this desolate area of Kagutsuchi that was often considered a big heap waste was home to the engimatic but amusing at times Kaka Clan, this area was not alien for Junesa; like her this place was shrouded in its own level of darkness and yet was not malevolent. The jade assassin had come across the region in search of some information and what better way than to use one of the favors that she'd earned with the kaka elder by getting the entire village food and doing small chores. While odd, she was not heartless in any way. Instead she had only asked often enough that the kaka kittens and those in the village kept quiet about her, something that seemed to be easy with the lack of regular visitors thankfully.

"Excuse me kitten? Have you seen the village elder?" the question was asked with a sweetness rarely seen of her, but of course it had a purpose and she was in a rush, without needing to say a word, she drew her hand to her side and drew out a small half-eaten meatbun from earlier. Giving it to the kitten in order to gain the answer faster.

A soft meow of happiness was followed by the kitten's gesturing to the gathering of small kittens around the small but notable elder. Junesa had headed over to the elder and greeted her with a head bow. Before conversing quietly, explaining that she was looking for information on the legendary Valkenhayn R. Hellsing was akin to asking for the 'cat person' as it were. Something that was rare from time to time, but the elder had given the assassin something of a direction. Word of the legendary werewolf warrior had been a thing of rarity, she was not surprised the elder had only information from some weeks ago.

"Well thank you anyway, wise elder. Please continue to do well and to teach the cute kaka kittens the ways of the world." she offered her a light nod to words of asking her to be safe, it was something that told her what she was looking for might be close. She just needed to look around, so leaving the company of her present state, she decided to go look close elsewhere...hoping to find signs of the werewolf somewhere.

(From the Circus)~~~~~~~~~~>

The One Eyed Lotus made his way the open the kaka village, while for regular people it was a bit of an issue to be exposed to such high levels of seithr, for him it was nothing too serious. He had chosen to wait for things to simmer down, the battle had been brief in the circus, but enough to let him know that NOL was on some kind of a move. Even though he hadn't identified exactly what was their driving force. He was preparing to move out but had been here to catch up with the Kaka Elder, gathering the few nuggets of knowledge from her that had been around.

"So, seems like Rachel's on the move eh? Well thanks...as always the information's a help. Jus' take it easy round here." the brief words in passing were given while he headed into the next kaka house for a short rest period. Having run the whole way and having had to break through a few NOL checkpoints quickly and quietly had been an annoyance at best. He wasn't really tired, but was enjoying the peace at present.

Platinum walked through the streets of the kaka village, watching the little kitten run and play. Luna had to resist the urge to grab one of the adorable little creatures. Sena smiled as he watched them, remembering where they were going. He sighed. "Alright, Luna. So now we have to head all the way home... Luna "ughhh"ed with discontent.

"Shot not walking the first ten miles! No takesies backsies!" Sena made a whimper.
"Luunnaaa, Im gonna pass out before I walk that long."
"If you do Luna'll eat a bug. A big, creepy, crawwwlllllllyyyy bug."
Sena made some noise unidentifiable by words, and gave up on the fight. Luna WOULD eat a bug, and Sena refused to let that happen. Lunas stomach growled, and she began to stroll to a meatbun kiosk, but noticed a familiar orange-clad figure.

"Master Jubei!" Luna called, running towards her feline mentor. Sena sighed with relief, at least he didn't have to suffer alone. "Hello, Master Jubei. We were just about to head home, what are you doing here?"

The old cat had given a small chuckle and gave Platinum a good pat on the head, showing something of a relaxed moment that he'd been feeling since arriving. Even though Platinum had come up rather suddenly, he wouldn't be one to keep Platinum in the dark; even if there could be trouble keeping tabs on her at times.

"Ya might call it dealin' in some NOL issues here and there, ran into a few cronies. After breakin' some of 'em up, I decided it best to lay low a little bit." he kept the explanation simplistic in nature,telling what he'd run into of course and getting the information out sooner than later.

"Aw, shit! The NOL's after ya?" Luna exclaimed. Sena made a sound of shock. She was going to interject with a panicky demand to hurry, but she knew Jubei knew what he doing. "So, we're just gonna crash here a while?" Luna asked. Looking around, it didn't seem like a place NOL has been involved in. Nobody was there except some playful Kaka Kittens and a few adult Kakas basking in the sun.

It seemed safe enough, besides a big amount of seithr, which made Platinum cough occasionally. "So, where we crashing?"

The Old cat could easily tell that this meant Trinity's choice was of course to stick around with him. This would mean for her sake he'd have to remain on the move, but not before taking some time to rest. Gesturing to the right, he offered a soft smile to Trinity for the moment. "Come, we'll stay in this kaka hut for a time before we move off." it was to be no more than an hour before he'd take her with him and head off to do something, just a little downtime to catch a breather.

"C'mon in, Elder said it'd be fine." he said of course inviting the youthful warrior into the hut with him while he'd taken to the bed and laid out against the cushion, at least it was to be nice enough to rest for a bit of time.

Houju had walked quietly all the way to the lowest depths of Kagutsuchi, the Kaka village. Her red coat removed and her right eye closed, she looked like yet another one-eyed woman.

"That is the most boring mission ever." She was walking where she would be noticed by the lowes number of Kaka kittens possible, and then she reached the center of some shabby-looking village place. What better place than this to start a fire..? She grinned at the thought. She disliked Kakas, and that was reason enough to accomplish her mission without a second thought.

She closed her blue eye, opened her red one, revealing its glow (meaning the Grimoire is activated), and slammed her sword into the ground. The explosion would make enough noise. She took profit from the fact that the kittens were fleeing to put on her coat before preparing to face the few Kaka warriors there. For some reason only a handful came, and their speed and agility couldn't do more when you try to prevent someone from attacking the village. Houju had taken profit from this to soundly defeat them in a matter of minutes, but she didn't kill them, instead turning her back to them and letting them etch this encounter in their memories.

Then she took profit from the fire she had started because of the fight to hide herself somewhere, take off her coat, kill the curious kittens that would remember her as she was now, and set off to regain her post in the NOL Headquarters.
